"Nice Shirt, Good Overall"
I bought a shirt from armani and I’m happy with it. The quality feels really nice, and it seems like something that will last. Shipping was fine, and the packaging was decent too, nothing too fancy. The price is definitely not cheap, but overall I think it was a good buy. I’d probably give it 5 stars if there were better sales or more discounts.

I used a promo on armani.com and, it was way less annoying than most sites. I can’t stand when the terms are vague or you only find out at checkout that the code doesn’t work. This one was clear from the start, and the discount showed up right away. Smooth order overall.

"Item was fine, but the shipping experience was frustrating"
I ordered from armani.com and the item itself was totally fine when it finally arrived, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, so I had no idea what was going on. When I reached out, the response kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to, which didn’t help. It showed up in good condition, but for the price, I expected a smoother and faster experience.

"Okay Experience, But Delivery Support Was Slow"
I ordered from armani and needed to ask a question about my delivery. I did eventually get a reply, and the person who responded was polite and helpful enough, but it took longer than I expected. My order itself was fine, but based on my experience, the customer service could definitely be a bit quicker. Overall, it was okay, just not the most responsive support

I ordered this from armani.com, and the color was a lot darker in person than it looked in the photos. I know screens can make shades look a little different, but compared to other items I’ve bought online, this one felt far off. The quality is still really nice, so it’s not a bad product at all, just not the color I thought I was getting.

"Pretty easy loyalty perks so far"
I ended up joining the loyalty program after a few orders, mostly because it seemed like I was already halfway there anyway. So far it’s been smooth. The points showed up quicker than I expected, the birthday perk actually worked, and when one credit didn’t show up, support fixed it without turning it into a whole situation. compared to what happened last time with a different place, this was a lot easier.

"really happy with this wallet"
i ordered a small leather wallet from armani.com i’m impressed. the stitching is neat, the leather feels soft but still sturdy, and after a few weeks of using it, it still looks basically new. it definitely wasn’t cheap, but i expected that going in. overall, it feels worth the price to me and i’d buy from them again.

I sent my order back without any hassle, and the refund actually came through faster than I expected. The return process was smooth overall, which I appreciated. I bought a gift on armani.com the whole checkout process was so easy it made me a little suspicious. No weird extra steps, payment went through on the first try, and the confirmation email showed up right away like they had it ready before I even clicked order. Not saying Armani has a secret checkout operation running behind the scenes, but if they do, it’s working. Painless overall

"Fixed Eventually, But I Felt Left in the Dark"
Support did end up fixing the issue, but it took way too long to get there. The frustrating part was not really knowing what was going on or when I could expect an update. I felt left in the dark the whole time, which made the wait feel even longer

"Better than I expected, honestly"
I ordered a shirt from ARMANI and, to be fair, the material does feel really nice. It’s soft but still has a bit of structure to it, and the fit was decent too. I don’t want to hype it up too much because for the price I was expecting the fabric to feel a little thicker, but overall it’s a good shirt. Four stars feels about right.

The designs do look really clean and classy, which I liked. But maybe it’s just me, for the price, I expected some of the pages to feel a little more interesting. Overall, it’s okay, just not quite as impressive as I was hoping
